What Makes You Stand Out?
Good advice is hard to come by
Doesn’t it seem like everyone nowadays is selling investments and insurance? Banks do it, as do credit unions and property-casualty firms, not to mention discount brokers, online insurance providers and on and on.
In our business we see a lot of folks in your field, and we’re sorry to report that so many look the same and sound the same. Very few individual advisors have had the courage to step out of their comfort zone and differentiate themselves in any way.
Be Bold: Take A Stand
Consumers want to know what sets you apart from the crowd. We'll work with you to cut through the noise. That starts with identifying your target market -- so you can send the right message to the right people.
Your Virtual Marketing Department
Most of our clients don’t have a full time marketing resource on-staff (and even those who do still outsource certain functions). When you choose to work with us, you get the seamless integration of strategy, design and production. What sets us apart is our understanding of the financial services marketplace, familiarity with compliance, an appreciation for eye-catching design, plus access to some of the top creative professionals in the country.
More Than Just A Name
The Foundation For Your Brand
One of the first things we’ll ask you is whether your company already has a logo. A logo is more than the name or symbol associated with your company: your logo represents you in the marketplace and is the foundation for your brand.
Attractive And Affordable
A professional logo does not have to be beyond the reach of a small business- our logo designs are attractive and affordable. If you don’t have a logo, or if you’re not quite happy with the one you have, we can help!
There's A Method To This Madness
Not to worry, your project manager will coach you through the logo design process. It all starts with a detailed interview - called a "creative brief"- from which our visual designers draw upon to create your initial drafts. You'll get to select from several different initial designs, which you can then review and refine.
Stationery
One look and feel throughout
Our stationery design package includes letterhead, business size envelopes, business cards, and note cards. Our business cards are almost always 2-sided to accommodate legal language required by most compliance departments.
The Old-Fashioned Thank You
Nothing says "thank you" more sincerely than a customized note card with your handwritten words of gratitude. Show your clients and prospects how much you value them by taking the time to pen a note the good old way.
From Start To Finish
We'll work with you to get your new identity package approved through your broker-dealer's compliance department.
When your design project is complete, you will receive all of your designs on a CD to keep for your files. Printing is available through us, or you may choose to take your CD to a printer of your choice. All of our printing is done on the highest quality paper stocks at state-of-the art printing facilities, and shipped directly to you.
Printing In A Digital World
With the advent of the digital age, many printed marketing pieces that were once considered "business necessities" are no longer indispensable. Digital is faster, cheaper, more flexible. Printing technologies such as variable data printing have truly revolutionized how we reach out to customers, so that every direct mail piece can now be customized right down to the content and visuals for each unique recipient. Still, print has its place (for now). Here are a few print pieces we offer. Don't see what you're looking for? Ask!
Brochures
A carefully designed brochure combines interesting copy with easy-to-follow layout, captivating color, photography, paper, shape, size and texture to create a powerful marketing tool. Since brochures come in all shapes and sizes, we'll work with you to create the piece that's right for your particular use and distribution method.
Pocket Folders
A standard two-pocket presentation folder makes a handy leave-behind for use with clients and prospects. Sturdier than a brochure, the sky's the limit when it comes to design. Keep it simple and adorn it only with your logo, or go crazy and convert the actual folder into an informative and attractive marketing piece using concise copy and impactful graphics. Plus, clients are less likely to toss or lose a beautiful folder.
Trade Show Displays
Ever been to a show and had to staff a booth that consisted of a table, a skirted table cloth and a sad paper sign featuring your company name hanging from a backdrop? Time to leave behind the booth of shame! Our bold, attention-grabbing displays will show your company off in style.
Grow Your Business
The Old Fashioned Way
Handwritten communication can set you apart
When was the last time you received a handwritten piece of mail? Better yet, when was the last time you thanked a client or prospect or referral source by taking pen to paper and actually writing a sentence or two of gratitude in your own handwriting?
Thanks to technology, we enjoy faster communication than ever before. A direct mail piece can be designed, printed, mailed and in your prospects' hands in a week or two. Most of us have mailboxes clogged with electronic newsletters. An email can be sent in seconds, and forgotten or ignored just as quickly.
While print and digital communications have their place, an effective and inexpensive way to reach out is to take five minutes to pen a note to a client or prospect.
First, think about what you want to say - "thank you" alone won't do the trick. If you're thanking someone for a meeting, explain why you felt the meeting was productive. If thanking someone for a referral keep them posted on your progress. Remind the referrer (and yourself), that they have trusted you with the name of a friend or colleague and that you respect that trust.
Finally, sign the card, and slip in a business card. Make sure to handwrite the address on the envelope. How many times have you seen a laser-printed envelope and tossed it, anticipating some kind of sales offer? Handwriting the address on the envelope greatly increases your chances of having someone open it.
If you can afford to have your logo printed on your own note cards, that's great. But if that isn't in your budget, a tasteful store-bought card will work, also. Keep a stash of stamps around and hand-stick the stamps to the card for that homemade touch.
You'll find people thanking you for thanking them. The old-fashioned handwritten note really works! It’s a small gesture that shows you made that most valuable investment: your time.
